Modern people are very impatient in nature and take most of their decisions in haste. This is the reason why they end up regretting their wrong decisions more often than not. One needs to be patient and wait for the right movement before taking any step which involves risk. But unfortunately contemporary guys and girls are missing on this patience question. Meditation is a very good activity to imbibe patience in oneself. In order to learn meditation you have to sit in a stationary position and continue to breathing deeply for long time while concentrating on your breath. This is needed to be done until you are able to feel that you mind is silent and there is no thought whatsoever in your mind. While practicing it you will become more patient and this will enable you to bring in more success in your life. Meditation is also the first step for becoming spiritual in your life. Other techniques of meditation include active meditation of Osho, tia chi, dynamic meditation and few more. No matter which technique you choose the end result is more success in life through spirituality.

Dear Herry, how well said but hard to maintain: patience these days is as valuable as gold and oil although it is a breath away and costs no money, only effort. See so many people move as if they are chased and it's merely the chase in their brain for having the fear never to be happy.
I've studied patience for a while and must say that the core of success is not the waiting for a situation but a letting go of the Never Reachable Happiness Feeling and change it into a direct and unconditional trust in de present happiness there already is, so abundantly present.
Patience is merely the carrot on the stick tied to ourselves.
When instantly feel and believe in the present happiness and disconnect the dependency of your identity to external influences, success is already there.
In my experience I use the following attitude: I have enough money but am open for more, I have enough love but am open for more, I have enough success but am open for more, I give enough love but am open for more. Whatever the outcome, I'm already happy as I am. I'm perfect for the job I have to do, not more perfect than you, that's something else.
Due to this attitude of core suffice and abundancy I have more money than I actually need, more love than I actually need, more success than I actually need, give more love than I actually need.
Then abundancy starts to flow towards you.Success is not defined by wealth, money or estate wise but the degree in happiness in yourself. As soon as you reached the Black Belt Level in happiness the world can mark me as a beggar in my 2nd hand clothes, driving my given bike, working as a Handy Man in a Self Catering Cottage Park in Scotland but I'm King in my Kingdom of Heaven.
Before my reached level I was in Hell on Earth itself as a lot of folk is today, I regret to say. Running not to be chased by whatever illusionary dangers.
Haste make waste as they say indeed.
Less Hurry, More Speed says my girlfriend when thing are going wrong on the most undesirable moments: synchro's at work on max speed is not a good situation when de mind is in charge.
Capable only in processing 24 thoughts per sec whereas the soul can process about 4 million thoughts per sec because it knows where to go, the mind tries to interpret and plays a chess game. The mind reaCts where the soul Creates, it's a digit and a thought away in your life. Meditation helps you to see the Process of Interpretation disconnected from your Self and self Esteem.
In my view meditation is not of having no more thoughts, it's about release of the interpretation from situations and regain control over your interpretation process. This give you your control over your thoughts back.
Quote: are Your Thoughts controlling You or are You controlling Your Thoughts ?
Like to hear your vision on things.
Greetings,
