Surrender is letting go of fear, giving in to reality, giving in to love.

Since I cannot lose what I do not own I'll first have to accept my fear as mine.

Then I can offer all I own to God - or whatever highest good I believe in.

Everything I offer unconditionally from my own to God will immediately and quite naturally be replaced by the reality of love.

The problem is not that Truth, or God, or Love is in hiding but simply that I am living in denial of what I truly am.

It's not surrender when I force myself to comply because nothing true can be in conflict with itself.

Surrender is doing what I want to do with my whole being.

In a life dominated by fear, shame, and guilt, to surrender is choosing to be free.

If there's anything hard about surrender, it surely is fighting against it, as when someone's trying hard not to burst into hilarious laughter.
