The scientist provides a path in the maze. There are those who have come before, who have asked questions, found answers, and made mistakes. The scientist can take this jumble of history and information and turn it into a map. Ask more questions, find more answers, and make more mistakes. We all must view the map from our own experience and knowledge. We must interpret the key, and we must know where we want to go. We must know if we want the superhighway or the rambling country road.
