Most everything in this world comes down to perception. It is how you and others perceive a situation that will cause discomfort. Perceptions are in your mind. All is and can be good if you let it be.

It is my belief that anything you do out of good intention can not be wrong. Right and wrong is a personal issue. If you beleive that there is an unresolved issue and that is leading your mind to unease, then do what you feel will better your mind and spirit. Allowing these issues to go unsettled will bind your mind and slow your journey on your path. If you are thinking about the past, then your mind is not in the present. If you are not in the present, then you are wasting a moment.

"Good is easy and easy is good". Everything you need is inside of you. Do what feels good. Do what brings ease. However, this requires doing. Do something. Walk a path of goodness and awareness and you don't have to worry about its ramifications. You did what was good for you at the time and that is all that matters. If you feel that you may not have approached the situation in a good manner, then you have learned and grown.

I don't know about talking to other souls, since, intrinsically, we are all one. But you can change your perspective and increase awareness.

Just be.
