 The four letters YHWH come from the Hebrew Yod Heh Vau Heh, Yahowha, which in Hebrew grammar actually mean the conjugation of the verb "TO BE" and "ISness" or "IS WAS WILL BE" and that is why God is sometimes refered to as "The Eternal".
If you place the four letters vertically to one another they look like the form of a human.
